Join the Obesity Action Coalition (OAC) on Saturday, May 15 for its first-ever “Health Talk” that will dive into this topic deeper! The OAC is the Producer of the Your Weight Matters Campaign and is passionate about helping people along their weight and health journeys.
The OAC is honored to have Dr. Robyn Pashby, a licensed clinical health psychologist and certified health coach, address concerns about re-entering society and provide some useful guidance on navigating the post-COVID world. Dr. Pashby will break down applicable tips and tools for the ABC’s of re-entry while providing insight for moving forward and addressing some of your concerns as we continue to transition to an ever-changing world.
Talking points to be addressed will include:
- Pandemic weight gain/regain
- Anxiety around re-entering society
- Judgement for different comfort levels
- Post-COVID changes (video calls, remote work, telehealth, social interaction, etc.)
