Each and every one of us has a unique story to share with the world — even when it’s about our weight and health. Just as no two bodies are alike, neither are two stories, and by sharing our stories with one another, we not only provide comfort and solidarity but we also give each other a sense of encouragement, and a reminder:

You may be the person who’s just recently taken the Your Weight Matters Challenge, or someone who’s been on a journey with weight for many years now, and has started revealing your secrets to others. You may be in a support group, where you share about your ups and downs on a regular basis, or you may be someone who doesn’t feel like they have the support they need in their day-to-day life to continue making progress.
Regardless of where you’re at on your journey with weight, we want to hear from you! The Your Weight Matters Campaign is looking to start a new series on our blog to showcase the various walks of life of those of us managing our weight and health each and every day. We want to share your journey on our blog because not only will it feel empowering for you, but also it can be that push someone else needs to take the first step in doing better for his or her health.
You don’t have to be a professional writer or a health expert to contribute. The only requirement is that you have a story you’d like to share and a willingness to share it! Your voice is powerful, and we want to provide you with a platform and a support system to have your voice heard. Plain and simple.
