  • ShopWell – If you’re a fan of the ratings system, this is a great app for you. ShopWell allows you to analyze, track and improve your nutrition habits in a variety of ways. First, you can connect any grocery store reward cards you may have with the app to learn how healthy your cart really is! Then, use the app’s built-in grocery scanner when shopping to discover the ratings of different foods based on your own health goals.   • downloadSleep Cycle Alarm Clock – A good night’s rest can improve your weight and health by boosting your energy, improving your metabolism and regulating your hunger. Use the app to practice meditation in a variety of ways – from traveling and sleeping to nutrition and technology management.   • The Walk – Not much of a runner, but want to get outside and get moving? The Walk may be just what you need. The app turns a classic physical exercise into a narrative journey while acting as a pedometer. You’re given a package that could save the world, but you need to walk the the length of the UK first.   • Fitocracy – Fitocracy has a powerful workout log that allows you to visualize your progress and set new challenges for yourself. By logging each of your workouts as well as your performance, you’re able to see how far you’ve come and even unlock personal achievements. This one is a great motivator! (FREE)
